Overview
The shape of the problem.
Outbound communications were scattered. Templates lived with engineering. CRM blasts ran ad-hoc from a third-party tool. Billing notices got exported manually. Every campaign was an engineering ticket, and nobody across the org had a single view of what a given student had already received. We needed one platform the team could run themselves.
